Eastwood is a difficult place to leave, particularly when you’ve got a few different groups within your party.

Our normal check out time is 11am, but where possible, we’ll extend check out until midnight and we’ll block out the calendar for that day to stop another group booking for check in later. The cost for this service is £500.

Check in can be arranged any time from 3pm on the day of booking. We’ll also do out best to help out with any food deliveries if they arrive before you do.

However, if you’d like to arrive earlier in the day, we’d be happy to block out the calendar the night before and allow you to check in from 9am (or earlier by arrangement). The price for this is £500, and it can be really nice way to extend your holiday at a significant discount to the normal nightly rate.

We have a bit of flexibility in terms of group size. We have 12 permanently made up double rooms as you can see on the floorplans. But if you need an extra fold up guest bed, this can be provided for £30 per person per night including linen, towels etc and will fit in the larger bedrooms at Eastwood.

If your numbers exceed 24 guests, we charge £50 per person per night for each additional guest. Additional guests can be accommodated on guests beds (as above), or in the TV room on the ground floor where there is a sofa bed with an adjacent bathroom. The option to turn the TV room into a 13th bedroom for £100 per night is an option for all bookings.

We’re well set up for corporate bookings. Every single bedroom has it’s own ensuite or private bathroom, so there is never any need to share.

We’re happy to organise flip charts for your stay, project hire or the use of our 85″ giant presentation TV.

We’ve also got some really convenient housekeeping packages, that provide hotel style hospitality – including things like a turndown service as well as breakfast / lunch preparation. We also have an in-house chef who can cater for groups of up to 30 for dinner.
